Phase III Construction was built on a belief that most contractors don't act on: when disaster strikes a family, they deserve someone in their corner — not just on the job site, but in the insurance battle.
We started in Westland, Michigan with a small team and a relentless work ethic. What we lacked in size, we made up for in tenacity — pursuing every client's full claim, rebuilding every home as if it were our own.
Today, Phase III serves Wayne, Oakland, Washtenaw, and Livingston Counties with the same commitment we had on day one. We've handled thousands of claims, recovered tens of millions of dollars for Michigan homeowners, and never stopped fighting.
